About Tim
Tim has spent 30 years in local church ministry in Australia, leading local churches in a number of states as well as lecturing at Theological College and in the church leadership space with Willow Creek Australia. His last 10 years have been as CEO of Compassion Australia.
His own experience and opportunities have given Him a passion to help leaders flourish in their own leadership roles and so now Tim is committing Himself to this endeavour.
Tim is married to Chris and they have 9 children and 24 grandchildren. He is a sports tragic, enjoying most sports, and doesn't mind a good coffee

My desire is to help you as a leader grow, both personally and professionally and to add value to your life and organisation. My experience as a senior pastor in the church and the CEO of a large not-for-profit has shown me the great need and so that passion to help leaders be all that they can be and be fruitful in this venture called life.
